I had an appointment with Lens crafters, who decided to let me know upon my arrival that they didn't take my insurance. It was frustrating since I took off of work to make that appointment that didn't happen; which could've easily been mitigated with a phone call beforehand. But then, I found this little gem, and I was able to make a quick appointment, and they saw me right away. It was a bit different having a virtual doctor doing the exam, but the staff was amazing.
Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I went in on 1/28/25 for an eye exam & I subsequently purchased #2 pairs of glasses. The technician did my exam incorrectly, so the glasses I received made my vision worse. I went back on 2/17/25, and got a second exam by a different technician - & of course it was different. They then told me that I would receive new glasses to match the new prescription. Well here it is the end of day on 2/25/25 & I STILL don't have any glasses. I highly disappointed with the service of this company. I am rolling on three weeks with no glasses still. Thankfully, they are ordering another pair due to the other pair is lost in another state. I would not recommend buying glasses. I would just get the eye exam. Hopefully after a month of waiting for glasses they will be the correct strength because they don’t show you what you are getting. They do the exam and that’s it. No final review of what you might get. I should have gone to Walmart or another eye center
Today I received my glasses from Stanton Optical and I really could not be more happy. I entered the store 10 days ago as a walk in. I was instantly greeted and seen without a wait. The professionalism I received from Suzanne was impressive. She explained all my options and guided me to frames that were perfect for the shape of my face and features. Outstanding staff Both times I’ve came in, I also got my glasses and contacts within a week of my eye exam! Awesome service definitely recommending this place to love ones. Have been a customer for over 2 years and haven’t been let down by any location or staff that I’ve came across
