Jaielle was super helpful when I was looking for a new pair of glasses! I ended up purchasing from here after trying a few other places for the good service.
Jaielle and Kalen were awesome, it was a fun time. They were super friendly and helpful. Took about an hour total to have an exam and new pair of glasses made. Pretty impressive.
I hadn't heard of them before, but im glad I made an appt.! I had a great experience with the service and staff, and as someone who has had many eye appointments, I can tell they know what they're doing and the equipment is very up to date. They had a great frames inventory and had my contacts in sample pairs to hold me out until everything came in. If you're looking for some extremely kind people, who do everything they can to work with you, look no further. Kalen took care of my appointment process and was so kind and informative the whole time. There was a hiccup with my appointment that caused some anxiety and upset on my part, being fearful I wouldnt be able to get glasses, and Samantha was the most understanding and kind person, even though I was clearly upset she treated me with nothing but respect and sympathy. Staff was absolutely amazing and atmosphere was even more amazing. Broke my glasses Sunday and walked out Monday morning with 2 new pairs! Kalen was absolutely amazing and made me feel very comfortable during the process!! Definitely will be coming back 🙌🏽😆 They do walk-ins and appointments!! Need your glasses same day? COME HERE!!
