I ordered two glasses, one glasses had to be REMADE THREE TIMESS because they kept missing up my prescription and/or put wrong prescription in wrong eye. Other page of glasses something else was wrong and had to be remade!! WROST EXPERIENCE been three weeks since I first ordered!!!!!!
I had a very frustrating experience with Staunton Optical. The customer service is extremely poor, and the entire process took far longer than it should have. The only positive part of my experience was the sales associate who originally helped us—he was great. Unfortunately, he is no longer with the company, and it really shows. I had the best experience and my representative Dajour was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend coming here. The technology was amazing. I was finished with everything in less than an hour.
Place is a scam my girlfriend went in there and needed glasses that day some salesman told her it would be 170 dollars and I had called the receptionist they said 2 pair and eye exam for 79 and then the guy told her 170 when I told her to go somewhere else he dropped the price to 130 for one pair. Then when she got home she didn't have any glasses and it's been over 3 weeks and still not received glasses when she called they told her that they were being.
