Mandi, Lena, and the other nice lady went above and beyond to help me. I brought my active toddler with me to do all the things: eye exam, puff of the eye, pick out frames, etc. The ladies were so kind and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. This is how these ladies blessed me today: Ms. Lena gave my fussy baby crayons and a coloring page while I finished my exam. The other nice lady kept him distracted while I finished my eyes test. I’ve worked with Lina a few times. She is class act when it comes to customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. This location has made needing glasses less stressful.
We had a great experience both my wife & I, once we entered,Associate Lina Tapping greeted us with a pleasant attitude and warm welcome. She ensured that our paper work was properly filled out especially considering that we were visiting particularly to have this exam done and our prescriptions updated Before returning to our home in the Bahamas.
