I scheduled an appointment for today at 6pm for my daughter and myself to get glasses and contact lens exams. When we walked in, a woman said she would be right with us. Since she was in the frames section, I said we were headed back to the Dr waiting area and that we had an appointment at 6. She looked horrified and said no, she has two people in front of me. Walked in after scheduling an appointment online and was greeted by Lina. She continued to assist me throughout the eye exam and was very informative and thorough in all her explanations. Made the whole process so smooth and I was glad to receive such attentive service. Very people oriented so I highly recommend!
It’s my first time coming here, Wednesday August 6th. I’ve been here for 30 min from 9a to 9:30a and no one is here. Doors are locked. Lights are off. I called customer service to see if they were opening later today, but they said the store should already be open for the day like it shows on the sign and had no explanation for why it was closed.
Mandi and Shaycie were great. Booking online was easy, I was greeted immediately and taken care of right away.
Lina is handsdown the best person to deal with here at Stanton Optical!!!! She’s so helpful and this is the 3rd time i came back to her because of how good she is at her job! Plus, she knows how to talk to a customer. She’s helped me, my husband’s father and my mother all 3 of us and we’re SOOO satisfied!! Thank you so much Lina! You’re the best
