Whoever the person was that answered the phone at this place is so rude, I felt like I was being pressured into buying something and to top it off they very rudely answered my questions vaguely. The answers circled back to forcing to buying a package. This really felt off and seemed much like a scam sales call. I'm taking my buisness elsewhere sorry.
They did my order wrong. My glasses should have been done two weeks ago. And now I call for an update, and they said that it's still in transit going to the warehouse, and after that, it will take over a week to get to them, to deliver to me, which is ridiculous. Basically, over four weeks for something that was scheduled to be in under 2 weeks. Still waiting by the way.
Do not waste your time and money here. There seems to be no control over time management. I had my appointment set and yet it took over an hour for someone to attend me. I needed some paperwork filled out for my employer and they said it would take 5 business days to fill out and once it was ready it would be emailed to me. My appointment was on 09/13/2025 and I received my paperwork on 09/25/2025. I made my appointment on the phone for 10am I was informed that it would take 20-25 minutes for my exam. I get there early but there was only one person running around helping customers. At 10 minutes after my appointment time I asked if I could sit somewhere, I was directed to a sitting area and things went downhill from there.
