My daughter had an Exam test took and hour! I asked the waiting time told me it was half an hour. The person that sits with you and do everything took her more than an hour while she was doing other things instead of helping the people!!! Mind you the time was already 8 p.m. and had not even gotten to me. This is really unprofessional! Customer service super poor and extremely rude!
Horrible customer service from start to finish. Felt like i was at the DMV. Myself and a handful of other people were there for over 4 hours.. the $79 exam with 2 pairs of glasses is a total lie. They still wanted to charge me over $300 for my exam and prescription. The manager had said my glasses would be ready the same day. Then upon paying she said they wouldn’t arrive until the following monday.. today is monday and they’re now saying my estimated arrival date is thursday. The employees are friendly, polite, and professional. The issue is the time wasted here. Even with an appointment set. Arrived at 1:30pm, left at 5:30pm. Just because of the time u spend here im not coming back, if u can't handle that many ppl then close appointments on website. If you know u will be short on employees only allow 2 apts per hour, not 4.
Bad service!!! My husband called and got an apointment and when we got there and their most profesional response was to go to another place that accepts our insurance but told us they were going to give us a discount because we have an insurance but when we got there we had to pay full price they also just told us to leave and the whole time we were talking they were clueless and acted like they didn't know anything.
Joanna was so helpful! My grandma needed glasses and she was able to help us out super easily. Understood our unique situation and provided nothing but solutions!
