Great experience
Got it RIGHT ON POINT!!! So I can see again!!!!
Staff was okay. Shady practices by labeling frames with colors instead of prices. Then when you go to pay, they can say that blue is purple teal is grey, etc. They then rely on folks to be too embarrassed or too shy to dispute the price difference. The store smelled like mildew and moisture. I was not aware that the exam was via video so no doctor in the room. Had to stop exam partway through so attendant could clean the lens off as it was too dirty to properly see through. Shady practices.
James and Theresa went above and beyond in helping me. I purchased over one year ago and my glasses came with a two year warranty and I started having problems and they stepped up and replaced everything under warranty!!! Great job and great place at the buford GA store. What a blessing!
