I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to their subpar examination process, which is not performed by an ophthalmologist or optometrist, but rather by a technician utilizing computerized systems. The results are subsequently sent to a "doctor" in Arizona for review. I visited the company due to eye issues, including floaters and vision loss, and a family history of detached retina, which I informed the technician of. Unfortunately, it’s still getting a one star The service that you will receive at this location in store is absolutely hands-down phenomenal They really care about getting Set up with your new glasses or contacts. Glasses were lost took them 2 weeks to get new ones in , were no help on the phone when checking on status of my order and when I picked them up they were so rude about it…. Will never buy from them again or recommend anyone ever to them
Although I do not have my eyeglasses yet, I will say the ophthalmologist was fantastic as well as the gal helping to pick out frames. She spent a lot of time with me and offered ways of saving.
Absolute worse place, they say you get your glasses same day and they have on sight lab. Not true they send your eye glasses prescription to Florida not here! Then it's a 2 week wait or in my case longer. It's been 16 days and still waiting. And there prices are very much higher then anyplace I have been before. Also there is no eye doctor there your eye exam is done with zoom. Best advice, Do not go here for glasses you will regret it.
