I had an appointment and waited in the waiting room for over an hour before walking out
Upon arriving, everyone was very welcoming and friendly! It was very apparent that getting us customers in and out and keeping the flow going was one of the top priorities for them. I hate when you go in with an appt to places and they seem to skip over your after a while to help the new customers - this place was definitely not like this. I cannot say enough about the incredible service we received at Stanton Optical in Hickory. We went because our son needed new glasses, and they have amazing hours on both Saturdays and Sundays. You can get everything done there from eye exams to glasses. From the moment we walked in, Stanton’s team made us feel welcome. It your A/C is broken make an eye appt here. You can sit in their A/C for hours. Seriously why have an appt if you can't respect your clients time. I left after an hour passed my appt time and there were still 2 others ahead of me. Nothing but a money grab and cheap frames. When leaving the manager explained their schedule process that makes no sense but she had plenty of time to go smoke because she obviously just came back in from a cigarette break, she smelled awful l had to take a step back when she was speaking to me.
