Extremely nice and helpful young lady took the time to repair my broken glass while I waited. Explained process how to acquire new glasses and potential cost. I will definitely return.
Great place. My glasses broke within a week of having them and they replaced them same day with no issue! Highly recommend.
They were not welcoming. The actual people performing the exams were amazing! The people out front were rude and not professional. I didnt get the experience I got when I was there a few yrs ago. They need to get a friendlier and attentive staff. The woman that I had was paying more attention to a pairs of glasses that needed fixing then helping me find frames. I do not recommend spending all that money and still being treated unfairly. 0/10
the best eye doctors in HICKORY!!!!!!, a HUGE thank you to Lori who made our checkout process fast and professional, I went today for my first ever eye exam, the process was so smooth and everyone was very professional and friendly and straight to the point, they have many options of glasses to choose from on every wall, it’s clean and organized!, definitely glad I decided to check them out!, thanks again yall!
