Made an appointment for 1pm EST. Pre checked in and did everything we needed to do before we arrived. I arrived 15 minutes early…. I was NEVER SEEN. I waited almost 1HR and some change to be told “you’ll be seen shortly” to watch walk ins come in and get seen almost immediately. Will not be going back. Waste of a day off.
I had an issue with my prescription on my very first ever pair of glasses 🤓. I have an astigmatism and far sighted but Anthony stayed for me after clocking out and went above and beyond! I am beyond satisfied with how they handled the situation! Things happen, I truly respect how a business can handle mistakes though!
