The 1 star reviews are accurate Horrible experience with staff, Vanessa was very rude and scoffed at me when I asked her a question. When I asked for the owner, who was there in store, she threw the glasses onto the desk and when he came to speak with me he didn't apologize for her behavior. Do not recommend this branch or any owned by this owner.
I called and made an appointment. I was adamant with the person on the phone. I don't have my insurance numbers but it's there. They stated and was reassuring it would not be a problem. Total lie. Want me to pay out of pocket and only got me in the door. Wasted my time. For this reason alone. I'm driving down the street this second to Pearl Vision and I'll pay out of pocket there for not lying to me. Never will I come back to be lied to again.
Made an appointment online went in with my insurance was quoted over $300 for what I wanted which is fine. I do the whole pre-exam testing am taken out to look at the frames. They worker comes back and tells me my appointment will be a virtual appointment that already threw a red flag. I told her at the very beginning of everything yes I have a stigmatizim and no I don't want the prescription on my glasses to fix it. It makes me sick when it has been tried in the past. Very vey disappointed with the visit , they didn’t explained properly, i was said you can get 2pairs for $79 and free exam if you qualify, I was qualified , they didn’t mention for blue tagged, when I choose the glasses they told me its $488 , I told them its $79, they told me its only for blue tags, when i checked blue tags glass les there was just 3 or 4 pairs which didn’t fitted me And i just payed for eye checkup, didn’t took glasses and pay $79 for mo reason. i was not being that doctor will be virtual because i have ma... read more
