My insurance benefits were not verified prior to the appointment, which required me to look up and provide the information myself at the clinic. Wait times were excessive, including over an hour before being called back and additional delays throughout the visit. There was also a long delay in receiving a response from the doctor regarding a request. While the virtual exam was interesting, the overall experience felt disorganized and inefficient.
today i went to get my eye examine and glasses ordered this people are so wonderful and very courteous and kind (Laura) was so excellent doing her job and nice ,thank you i was so glad that i went there .Keep up the great work each and everyone there at Americas Best on southmore in Pasadena. Thank you so much.
I hate to leave a bad review, but I do not recommend this place to anyone. I came here to avoid the long drive to my prior eye dr. The staff were nice and polite, but the service was a completely waste of time and money. I had an appointment for 12pm and I was there until 2pm. 1 hour and a half was just me waiting for them to call me up. Awesome place. Emelin was great 5 star all the way.
It was a big waste of time I was at this location for over an hour and a half with both of my kids. they took the eye exam told us to wait for the glasses to be ready in the staff come telling us that they have a problem the doctor told them that they have to retake the exam on both kids.what kind of crap is that. that was so wack I would never go at this location again it wasn't a staff it was the lame doctors both of them the the male doctor and a female doctor if they were both unprofessional I would not suggest anyone to... read more
