The girls were very nice only positive about it. Didn’t like that when you call they lie to you and tell you that it would be $119 exam and contacts but when you go it’s actually $119 just the exam, plus contacts or glasses, so I ended up paying $300. There’s no optometrist there just virtual one, no doctors there either so you’re waiting a while for approval.

i walked in without an appointment & Laura was able to me help out. i was probably there for about an hour looking for frames while waiting for my exam as well. she was very sweet & patient taking her time to help me with frame options. the main reason i came in was because i wanted to replace the lenses on frames i already had & many places dont that! if that’s what youre wanting, this is the place to bring in frames you already have. the costumer service was amazing, overall experience was 10/10. i even sent my coworker to... read more
