I went because I needed glasses & the place I've gone to for many years constantly failed me so I decided to try this place & they REALLY helped me. They got me what I needed & helped. Since they also accept my insurance I'll be sure to make them my new optical! No more America's best because they are NOT the best at all!! Stanton is!!
Took my sister here to get her new glasses and loved the experience. We had Damian help us (sorry if I misspelled his name) he was super helpful and explained everything we needed to know until we fully understood and went over the procedure and prices. My sister also got her new glasses the same day and that was super wonderful. Overall friendly and experienced people made us feel welcomed. I will be going there for my own glasses next time as well.
I have been coming here for glasses for a couple of years now and I am impressed with the excellence of their customer service and the quality of their products. This year I had a couple of minor issues with my glasses but manager Anthony and his staff took care of me quickly and with courtesy.
Front desk receptionist has poor customer service skills.
Got my exam the same day!!! I had a really good experience at this store, thank you to Anthony and Damian for helping me. I also loved that I got my glasses the same day and didn't have to wait a week or two. Will definitely come back again.
