I am sitting in my car after a less then cordial visit to the Champions Park store. We got my son glasses there about 4 months ago. About a month ago he broke them and we brought them back to be fixed. I paid the $35 fee and left the glasses with them. I got notification via text a week ago that his glasses were ready. I've had the worst customer service experience at this location. My usual location is the 3601 South Cooper location, but they were temporarily closed so I assumed all locations had great customer service but I was wrong. My son's glasses never came in and weren't able to give me a time frame of when they would arrive. We had been waiting for over 2 weeks and we couldn't get an ETA. The staff is not helpful at all. Don’t Do it. Definitely go elsewhere. I will never come back and don’t recommend anyone to come here. Came for an appointment and was early and they were behind 5 people. So ended up waiting longer passed my appointment time to be seen. Also ordered glasses and they took over a month and they gave me the run around and wouldn’t refund me. A month down and still no glasses. We ordered two pair and still not even one ready and they have no answer of when they will be ready.
