They seem very money hungry. My insurance says that blue light filtering was $15, I was told by Stanton Optical it was not covered and I would have to pay out of pocket for it. I wanted a new pair of glasses, not the display, I was told I had to get the display since the glasses were designer and they didn't carry more than one and if I did want new it would be an extra charge. Do not go to this place. They never know what is happening. I still can not see properly. I then went in to pick up my trials they gave me 2 right contacts not the left one. Then they lost my contact order telling me I picked them up. Never Never have I had such a bad experience.
Don't let white lab coats fool you, they are all salesmen. Tried to get a budget deal and we agreed to the details of it and by the time I was done with my examination she had changed her tune and told me it was going to cost more.
I called to ask if they carried prescription safety glasses in store to try on before I purchased them. The customer service rep acted like a greedy car salesman and kept pressuring me into making an appointment and promise to buy the frames if they had what I was looking for. I've never had to deal with a high pressure sales experience from this type of business before and the experience was grotesque at best.
