Zar was super helpful and very professional. I had two pair os glasses that needed repairs and she fixed them for me in under 10 minutes. My experience was amazing. If you come to Stanton optical in Mansfield please be sure to ask for Zar.
This was my first time ever having to get glasses and I knew nothing about anything. I made a same day appoint which turned out to be during their busiest time (Saturday morning). Although it was busy, the staff Debbie and Zara were incredible. They helped me from start to finish and didn’t wast any time and kept things moving as fast as they could. Thank you to Robert for providing excellent customer service. He understood my needs and delivered the best deal I've ever received for glasses and contacts in 31 years of wearing contacts. This is the 3rd Stanton location I have been at and highly recommend this location for anyone to visit.
I have mixed opinions about this location due to some errors that were made on the call center part as well as the technical issues during my eye exam. The one and ONLY reason I will return and recommend is because of Mrs.Debbie. Each time I had some type of issues or concerns her customer service has been TOP TIER and I am big on how I am treated as a customer when spending my money at an establishment.
