The virtual exams are rushed and gave me results that were way off any other exam I had done before or after. The protective film they put on the lenses scratched within a month, and I work an office job nothing crazy. I still pick up a family member's prescription from there, and they keep sending messages about things being ready when they're either made completely wrong and need to be sent back or haven't arrived at all.
I was a repeat customer until today I will never be back after today was basically told I would have to go somewhere else just ridiculous they lost two eyes exams and two customer sales because they acted like they didn't want to do anything on a Sat at 4pm when they are open til 6
The best customer service ever. I went there because my insurance said they were on the list. Well they weren't. The manager told me where other vision places were that may take my insurance and what my exact coverage is. I went to the other place and did what i had to do. When i finished I went back to Stanton and when they saw me come through the door they looked worried and asked did the others take my insurance. So made an appointment online all good and dandy. Called to double-check and confirm the appointment in fact I take my insurance I was told yes they took my insurance everything was good. Show up they have appointment want to charge me double what my insurance quotes I asked why they said oh they take the insurance but only at a discounted rate I explained well when I called I was told y'all took my insurance well we take it just discounted I know why was I not told that and I was told you all took it now you wasted my day g... read more
