Needing a pair of glasses for my daughter on a Saturday in Albuquerque, I phoned all the one hour glasses places in the area. None had available appointments. I asked for recommendations, and one place gave me a couple, but warned me off Stanton Optical. Shoddy work, bad reviews. We went in for contacts. We haven't ever had contacts before.....So we didn't know what to expect. Jade, was there to help us. She was amazing explaining all the options and the process. Today I had the pleasure of working with Jade selecting frames and lenses. She patiently and sincerely gave me genuine opinions on a box full of glasses one by one, narrowing them down slowly, ultimately deciding on three pairs. Picking out glasses is a Big Deal, and coming to do it alone can feel stressful, confusing, and can fill one with self-doubt. Jade made me feel like I wasn’t alone.
