First, I want to say that the people that work inside the building were super nice and helpful. Brenda was the tech I worked with and she was great. Very nice and professional. With that said, this company's business model is insane. They don't have any actual Optometrists...like, at all. They use a "hybrid" model where the tech inside the store completes all the "testing" with the various machines and then sends those results to an Optometrist that works remotely. I came in for an eye exam at the cartersville location. The service was incredible from beginning to end. The staff was professional and friendly. Jemima helped me to pick out beautiful frames and took extra steps to ensure I was completely satisfied. We had an awesome conversation too. I feel like I have new friends now ❤️ I highly recommend this business to everyone 👌
Absolutely wonderful experience and beneficial help from this store employees. This is the second time that I've come to Stanton optical and I will continue using them for my glasses. Coming in this time I had a email that gave me 50% off frames and lenses with a free eye exam but with my prescription being progressive the email would not be financially beneficial to me and the associate was able to get me two pairs of glasses for $135 instead of having to pay over $600. If you’re looking to get new eye glasses, I’d recommend going elsewhere. After an entire month of waiting and calling for several updates, there are still no glasses ready to be picked up! Since when do glasses take over a month?? I’ve worn glasses and contacts my entire life and have never waited more than 1 week, maybe 2. If you consistently take 30+ days to produce your product, all clients should be informed as such to avoid massive let down. Worse experience ever. No person doing eye exams, only talking to someone . Took 3 weeks to get my glasses because they get them from China and they were held up in customs. Well if they get them from China, you can bet their paying a few dollars for them and charging us hundreds. I will never use these people again and advise you to go somewhere else.
