Love this place! Very reasonable but disappointed in delivery timing. I do have a complaint though. It takes so long to get my glasses. Plus they don’t keep a good update on whereabouts of the glasses. I was told the 9th was the estimated date to get them and now I’m told 2 to 4 days more. These were ordered 5/21/2026! I was needing them before I left for vacation. I’m disappointed in this manner. They could at least put a rush on them. I let them know when I would be leaving as well and needed them before leaving.
We worked with miss Mandy today and not only was she kind, but she was super intelligent. I learned so much from her! It was a blessing to get to work with someone so smart and excited about her field of expertise. I can imagine someone wanting to become an eye doctor just from talking to her! The exam was not scary, it was quick, and it was very pleasant. She also made sure I understood what differences in lenses would help me to make sure I made the best decision.
