Staff was friendly but the experience of having the eye exam done was a joke. There is no actual dr on sight to do the exam so they have to send your eye exam digitally to be read. Not to mention there was a centipede on the floor inside by a display of glasses and seating.
I had a wonderful experience with Joni, and the team at the Onalaska location! It was my first time getting glasses, and Joni made it a smooth, easy, and wonderful experience. Now, I can clearly see the excellent customer service offered by Stanton Optical, all due to the wonderful staffing they have there. Thank you all so much!
My wife and I bought four pairs of glasses last August. We did not buy the extra expensive lens warranty but the lens in my glasses has popped out three times. The lens got a scratch when it hit the ground. Staton popped it back in and told me the lens wasn't covered because I didn't buy the extended warranty. The glasses are defective why should I have extended warranty for just buying a 400 dollar pair of glasses that should hold the lenses in.
I went to pick up my glasses with Jacky and what wonderful service I received! She gave me extra information and I appreciated that. Her service and attention were excellent.
