I had a pleasant experience at this location. I made an appointment, was seen quickly, and had all my questions answered. I spoke with Yecenia the most, but everyone was very team oriented, kind, and helpful.
MIRIAM/MYRA cant remember which ones her name is so greedy. Everything is an extra charge everything has a cost. She has a bad attitude and every time she tells you there’s a cost she has an ugly smirk on her face. She always tries to upcharge. I was told when I bought my glasses that if anything happened it will be covered and they can fix it. I came in today for the second time b/c a screw keeps popping off & she said there was going to be a charge if for some reason they can’t fix it?? Can you at least try first you greed... read more
