I had to cancel my appointment for my eye exam because the receptionist informed me that I couldn't use my insurance for the eye exam unless I also purchased my glasses from their store. If I wanted to have just the eye exam, I would need to pay $79 out of my own pocket. I called my insurance company, and they confirmed that the store was enforcing this policy, not the insurance itself. I walk-in to make an appointment and walked out an hour later with two brand new frames and prescription lenses for them with a great boho sale !!!! Had a great experience today at Stan optical . Assistant manager Angie helped out in the most helpful,friendly, and gracious manner . In bout great customer service . Couldn’t be happier with the decision to walk in . Thank you Stan Optical for helping me see a whole new world and in style .
I had a great experience at Stanton Optical! The staff was very kind, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I was with my young daughter, and they even gave her a coloring book and crayons to keep her busy — which was so thoughtful. Their service was impressive, and they answered all of my questions patiently. I definitely recommend them and will be coming back if I need anything in the future.
