made eyeglasses with reading lenses even thoough I gave them both reading and distance prescriptions and specified distance
I purchased two pairs of glasses from Stanton Optical in Medford, Or. I had one of the screws fall out so my daughter took it in to have it replaced. They used a screw that was too large and it split the frame a couple days later. So I took them in and they didn't care and all she said was "your warranty is expired so you have to buy new frames". What an absolute joke of a company.
It would have been a good experience, but, they have to ship out the glasses to be made in Florida. So, two weeks out, not same day. And my clear glasses were on time, but it's been over a month for my sunglasses, they keep breaking them and redoing them. Asking for a refund is a pain, three different people have to get involved with that. Also, they have your exam done by telecommuting from someone in Florida. Very odd. No one is on sight to help you. So, don't have questions. All in all, I'm not pleased.
Tried 3 times to talk to a person. No one would ever come on the line.
