Do not go here for eye exam or glasses very poor service usually don’t leave reviews but the service was NOT worth the money I paid felt very finessed in prices and the eye exam was very rushed almost seemed like I was cutting into her break or something. I will just stick with Walmart eye exams and glasses as I get treated better there
Went in for a single vision eye apt with 2 pairs of glasses.. didn't tell me till after I was started with the apt there was no Dr so it would be extra $69 but since I'm getting an eye exam it's $39?? and then after picking out frames and run my card did I get told one of there machines are down🤦🏽♀️ and it's gonna be 7-10 business days before they would be ready... For a place that explicitly advertises Same day glasses?! ugh so aggrivated
Abilene location (3568 S Clack St, Suite B). I have been a customer at this location on and off for several years and have never experienced anything like this. After completing my exam and selecting a pair of glasses, I was assisted by an employee identified as LaRayveughn. From the beginning of the interaction, her demeanor was dismissive, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. I was told my total would be $70, but no explanation or breakdown of the charges was provided.
