I walked into Stanton Eyewear and was shocked to find no staff present — the place felt completely deserted it was almost 2 pm there was only one other customer in the store which also was not being helped. I waited and even asked for help, she told me she was on lunch. Very disappointing experience, especially for a business where customer service is so important. Won’t be returning.
They don't have an eye doctor there. You talk to them over zoom. My prescription was not at all right. The girl doing the "exam" was muting her mic and talking to a coworker they refunded the worthless glasses but still charged 80 for the eye exam that was useless. No prescription a week+ wasted, and out 80 bucks. Stay away from this unprofessional and horrible excuse for an optical store. The people there are very nice the company is having people i wouldn't trust to cook a big mac give eye exams.
I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. I received two pairs of glasses with an eye exam, when the frames were prepared the lenses on one pair were popping out of the frame with gentle pressure from shammy cloth and the other was completely bent out of shape. I returned the glasses for a refund. I have never been to a optimists who cares so little for quality. I was in their office yesterday September 1,2025. I initially did the eye exam with a doctor through teleconference and I immediately felt rushed. The "doctor" I felt was in a hurry and I started to feel their were going to be issues. Well, I waited and apparently my vision was bad and he was not able to sign off on a prescription. Very unhelpful, and scam vibes. How they accept insurance but don’t at the same time ? Very weird.
