They are terrible, after almost three hours there my daughter paid for her prescriptions and after 15 days when went to pickup they couldn’t find her glasses, the supposed to give her a tryout lenses and they didn’t. Honestly don’t waste your time or money going to this place!
I wish I would've read the reviews before going here. The dr sees you through a TV and he was going so quickly I felt rushed. Then the staff in the front not friendly at all especially the one who checked me out was rude and seemed judgemental. Didn't ask if I needed help just overall worst experience ever. I regret my decision 100% and now im questioning if the script they gave me is even fit for my eyes. Should've gone to Costco
Hace apenas unos dias recogí mis lentes, la chica q me atendió apenas quiso hablar no sé su nombre solo q era de pelo rubio pero no creo q sea la forma de atender un cliente por lo demás todo bien la graduación perfecta, aún estoy esperando mis contactos espero q me queden al igual q mis lentes.
Staff was very rude with no professionalism. Please try to avoid this place at all costs. Also pricing can be very misleading from advertising.
