don’t even schedule a appointment they will still make you wait past your scheduled time, what’s the point of scheduling a appointment when you still have to wait behind multiple people. unprofessional.

Recently came in to help my mom with her prescription and Yulissa was very sweet and super helpful. She helped us understand all of our options and was able to get us the best deal possible. Wanted to add to my review, came in myself after having my mom come in because it was such a great experience. Thea was incredibly helpful. After having the worst customer service at Phillips Eye Care, it was really refreshing to have amazing customer service here. I was in and out in about ten minutes.
I just left Stanton Optical in Midland, and where do I even begin!? The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! The young lady who conducted my exam took the time to address all my concerns (I wish I could recall her name!). Thea (aka Moose) also provided exemplary customer service—super attentive without being pushy. I definitely walked out with a smile on my face and looking forward to the arrival of my new glasses. 🤓🙌🏽
