I showed up for an eye exam and was very disappointed with the level of professionalism at the front desk. When a business is busy, even a simple acknowledgment goes a long way but that didn’t happen here. Two girls were sitting at the check-in desk, one on the phone and the other scrolling on her phone. Horrible experience, Horrible wait times, dishonest Employees. I will never return. it took over a month to receive my glasses Despite being told it would be a week to a week and a half. I hate complaining and giving bad reviews but I've never experienced this poor of service. Shout out to the over worked tech giving all the initial exams. She was amazing and the only good thing about this situation.
Do not recommended Stanton Optical Midland location. Today was my first time there and I had higher expectations for this place & their “promotions”. I was indecisive on whether to get contact lenses or glasses, but I ended up deciding on getting contact lenses. I was asking a young lady multiple questions given that it was my first time there. Why make an appt when you are going to wait 2 hours? Ridiculous.
Thea !! Is the BEST , she was so patient and kind with me throughout my contacts process. She constantly encouraged me that i could do it , with me being a first timer i was ready to give up but sure enough i was able to get them in & I couldn’t have asked for a better assistant.
