Terrible service! They won’t pull your benefits so they say. You bring in a copy and that’s not correct. Then magically they can look it up and you’re not in network. Front desk girl and I mean girl is horrible and needs customer service training and people skills. I could never imagine my front desk staff treating patients so poorly and unwilling to help. If you don’t want to work late don’t advertise late appointments. 10/10 would never recommend.
I’m very disappointed from my last visit. I told multiple associates I was doing get 2 glasses for free for a $79 eye exam but since my eyes are to bad they were gonna make me pay $120. I was not called back for my appointment for 2.5 hours. I wasted time and money to not even receive any glasses. I will not be returning.
EDIT: my frames have already broke across the lense connection. I paid for the primo frames… this feels like a joke but it’s not…No real optometrist is there but it will cost you as much as if there was. My eye exam was done remotely with someone on the other end using a combination of a mirror and TV screen.. sounds crazy but its true... this doesnt work for someone with a " dual astigmatism ". They rushed my son through his eye appointment everything's done through TV so I don't know how they can get the eye prescription right if it's done through a TV for one and for two they rushed my son through his eye appointment I don't appreciate that and I'm calling to get here soonercare identification number so I can schedule them somewhere else and they're giving me a runaround about that too
Wonderful overall! Shaye was very helpful, explaining everything as the process went along and also making me feel at ease with her lovely personality. A+
