Kevin is the manager there and you will get personalized service. I went seeking some rimless frames and was told by two previous vendors I checked with that I basically couldn't afford them, they were so high.That was for one pair. The first vendor at the big brand store didn't even notice me standing there for a while and then I had to call for her attention. IF YOU HAVE TRICARE - READ: i have previously gone here when i was under a different insurance. i’m now on my husbands, and made sure to check the website before going to my appointment to make sure they took my insurance. (as you can see, it says they take tricare west) so i get there 10 mins early for my appointment. it takes about 25 minutes for a lady to come up to the front, she gets my name and that’s it. an HOUR goes by and im still waiting. a new lady comes up to the front and asks if i’ve been checked in, and i said... read more
Never ever use this place! Horrible service and they don't look up your insurance because the customer has to! Seats are broken and sat there and waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the receptionist desk! There are better places to go! They need to take the negative reviews and fix the problems instead of applying a bandaid on it!!!
Excellent service, shaye was extremely helpful and do sweet, mr theo was so helpful and I highly recommend coming here for all your optical needs. 10 out of 10 they rock
