My experience at Stanton optical was very nice. My OD Tech Elizabeth Nieves Chandler.. Was cordial knowledgeable and very professional... Chad mahaffey was very thorough and explain the procedure as he was going along... The general manager was very accommodating and worked with my budget.... I will return to Stanton optical again and will recommend my friends and family, since my experience was delightful...Thank you all for your service.
Absolutely TERRIBLE service, and completely incompetent – I was in there about 3 weeks ago, in order to get some sunglasses. I got there, ordered them, paid for them, etc. and was told that they would be done a few days later, and that I would receive a call. I never did. But I wound up calling them and they were ready, so I went into the store to pick up the glasses. I got them, and tried them on, and couldn't see right. I mentioned it, and was told to give it time, since they were new glasses. After I left, I noticed that ... read more

really nice people – Had a real hard time getting my glasses-they kept getting lost at the lens coaters. I couldn't even get mad at them because they were all such nice people and bent over backwards to make things right! I guess the lesson that I have learned is be patient and good things will come. Best prices in town ! – I just wanted to write this review because I just got my new pair of glasses and they are wonderful. Stanton Optical hooked me up! They have a wide selection of eye glasses, and the service was superb. Keep up the good work !

I had been looking at a few other eyes doctors and chose Stanton based on price. When I went in for my appointment I was surprised by all of the options for frames in the lobby, and even though there were a few people being helped, I was acknowledged and greeted right away. An optometrist who cares – Thanks for some great glasses! Never had a pair of glasses I could see clearly with. My eyes are so complicated, I went back to my last doctor every month, and all they could get me seeing with were hard contacts. I very happy to say, that changed after visiting Stanton Optical. I can now see well, the glasses fit right, are comfortable and look sharp. I even got some compliments, those are the icing on the cake for me.
