I traveled over an our to get an eye exam and prescription. The restroom was disgusting. Big dead bug. Filthy floor and toilet with hair and pubes. Hasn't been swept. Paper towels were just ripped open. Not welcoming with no care for hygiene or decorum. I chose this place because the online description said optometrist. There is is no optometrist on site. They have a remote optometrist that is available on Wednesdays and I was offered to come back then. Ummm no. Im here now on my day off and I don't want want to be evaluated... read more
Very unpleasant customer service.... Being a customer since 2018, I have always had my exams done there. Unfortunately, today, neither the treatment of the employees nor the service was pleasant. Then they were charging me for treatments that they don't tell you about; they just carry them out without your consent. Is this a trick to charge more? Be careful with that... it's definitely my last time, I'll change places.
