I didn't have to wait long to be seen ,the staff was very nice and they got me a pair of glasses the same day I went cause I was in dire need of glasses really bad I love this place and the price for 2 pairs is unbelievable
Usually this has been my go to place since the customer service and prices are so great. However I went in for an eye exam recently for a 4:45 appointment and didn’t end up leaving until closing time at 7 PM. The customer service is still amazing, but their wait times are the worst they’ve ever been. My eye exam took 10 minutes and I was waiting for one hour and a half before I was seen. There was only one person ahead of me. They seem very understaffed.
I made a appointment 2 days in advance and they said they take my insurance. When I get there they said they dont. So train your staff cause its pathetic when a business does that
Today I received a great customer service and service by Morgan. I will be back.
