Easy process to get glasses. Convenient i ordered them a month ago and payed almost 300$ they said 2 weeks and a month later I still dont have glasses. I don't have any to begin with so I can't see anything. ( 1 year (Update) these glasses are horrible and I did not recieve what I paid for. They get dirty instantly. Asked for a refund or replacement and they told me they cant do nothing about it. Would not recommend

It took 3 hours for my eye exam and ordering new glasses. They are very understaffed and unable to handle the amount of double booked appointments. In the two times I have been there, I never saw an optometrist on hand. They cycle you through 6 screening machines. I felt like I was on an assembly line . I will NOT go there ever again!

I was told my glasses would be ready in one week. Two weeks have passed and nobody knows when my glasses will arrive. My old glasses are broken and held together with glue. I could have had new ones by now from many other providers. I have left a message at the store which still hasn’t been answered, and the customer service line leads to a call center attended by people who also don’t know where my glasses are. Don’t use Stanton optical. You will regret it.

I am traveling from Europe and needed 1 contact lense. Having read the other reviews I was hesitant to go, especially because of the strict policies regarding the purchase of contact lenses in New Mexico. However I was helped very quickly and better than in any other optical store in Santa Fe. I’m very grateful for their friendly and accommodating service!
