Christina was very helpful and kind, although she was alone and very busy she handled all her customers in professional way.
Easy process to get glasses. Convenient i ordered them a month ago and payed almost 300$ they said 2 weeks and a month later I still dont have glasses. I don't have any to begin with so I can't see anything.
Morgan gave me the best service. Came in with my frame that’s worn out and she did a warranty on my frame. Best service here. Morgan is the best!
This place used to be a nice friendly comfortable place to come get your glasses and contacts nowadays I will not want to ever go back there again I was treated with such disrespect and had no attention to me about my exam was ignored I don't know what happened to this place it's gone downhill really bad
It took an hour and a half for the exam, even with an appointment. No feedback on cataracts or floaters, which is my main issue. It seems like the medical history I entered went into a black hole. Tried to sell extra supplements, frames are expensive. I ordered new glasses from GlassesUSA for half the price.
