I had an amazing experience at Staton Optical! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. I was in and out quickly, with no long wait times at all, which made the whole visit so convenient. Morgan and John were fantastic—they were both super friendly, knowledgeable, and really made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Staton Optical for anyone looking for top-notch service and a hassle-free experience. Will definitely be returning!
Pleasant office ataff, no doctor. You talk to a tech (occulist) who is in Central America via Zoom. And the glasses came back wrong. Worthless prescription. They offered me a free re- exam but no thanks. Then, after I got my money back, they fraudulently billed United Healthcare and now I am stuck with an out of pocket examination. Fraud in my view.
Waited over an hour past my appointment time, walked out. Only saw 3 employees working and cannot confirm if any of them were licensed practitioners. Do not recommend. Also 90% of waiting area chairs are metal-no padding. Doesn't make for a comfortable or inviting waiting area.

Friendly and great customer support was able to quickly find a pair of prescription sunglasses for me and brand new contacts lenses for my wife. Staff extremely patient and helpful. Will definitely be recommending and coming back in the future!!
