not very happy bought 2 pairs of glasses and they did a lousy job on my lenses very very disappointed
Employees were nice but I had to wait for a telehealth doctor. After an hour and a half I ran out of time and had to leave. Sweet people but I'll need to go somewhere else for an actual appointment
Been trying to get the correct contact lenses for 3 weeks now. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone. If you’re somehow able to get someone on the phone they say they’ll call you back “within 24 hours”. 3 weeks later, nothing. My advice, if you’re somehow able absolutely cannot wait to get in with an actual optometrist, get your eye exam at Stanton and get your product elsewhere. There is a reason there is a 2 month wait everywhere else and not here.
Horrible customer service. GO ELSEWHERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE OUT OF TOWN. Go somewhere that you can actually talk to over the phone.
