The Santa Fe store is a place to avoid. Appointments are never seen on time My wife had an appointment at 10 Two walkins came at 10:15 and were seen before her. The endless upsells took forever and when 10 days later, she went to pick the glasses up we were told the o ly had 2 workers and it would be a long wait Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs
Unfortunately The worst place in town! Came the first time and had to wait over an hour, I had to reschedule because I had to go to work and I was told I can be the first one if I come back next day at 9am. I showed up at exact 9am..still was told that there is 2 ppl ahead of me and each one takes over half an hour… why you told me to come at 9am if you can’t commit? Work on your scheduling..
The main desk check-in people and eye exam check-in people are competing to be the most unfriendly; and the eye exam person might tell you 2 people are in front of you then take 4 people in front of you. I keep going back because I live nearby, and because the woman who checks me out every year is super competent and friendly, and she undoes most of the negativity of everyone else.
Was there 2 hours and wasn’t attended don’t recommend
Wait time even with an appointment was awful. The Dr was remote over a video call and got my RX wrong which I could not correct. The pricing was based on after a mail in rebate and was not accurate. When I tried to reorder contacts from somewhere else before my RX expired, they refused to verify the RX forcing me to get another exam before I can reorder. I will not be coming back here again. Awful experience overall.
