Morgan was a great help, terrific attitude and attentive to our daughter. We even had a setback when the glass frames broke and she helped us replace them quickly and gave terrific customer service again. Not just for us, but acknowledged others coming in as well. Customer service has been great in my experience. Price options are very reasonable as well.

I made an appointment on the website for 2 PM, showed up on time wait in an hour and a half and no one told me anything. I then approached the optometrist and said what’s the deal when are you going to see me and she said between 45 minutes and an hour and a half. I was polite, but told her that was a very unfair thing to do to people to make them wait 2 1/2 hours and basically ignoring them. I told her I am leaving now and not ever coming back. I traveled over an hour to get an eye exam and prescription. The restroom was disgusting. Big dead bug. Filthy floor and toilet with hair and pubes. Hasn't been swept. Paper towels were just ripped open. Not welcoming with no care for hygiene or decorum. I chose this place because the online description said optometrist. There is is no optometrist on site.
