I walked in on a busy Saturday and was immediately greeted with a smile by Zain! Zain was extremely welcoming and answered all my questions despite being busy and having many tasks at hand. They at first advertise the 1 hour test and glasses and so I went in to get a pair as I needed them urgently. They acomodates me however after the eye test were done while working on my glasses I was able to see their unprofessionalism. When I had trouble with the glasses and came in stating that everything looks like a fishbowl and if they help me figure out what’s wrong they were not able to help me out at all. Came to buy contacts and one of the older lady’s intentionally made it where I couldn’t get my contacts purchased after stating she needed to get a new job and was giving dirty looks the whole time. Do a better job Vetting your employees. Update: employees called to apologize for their managers unprofessional behavior & all other employees were extremely helpful to ensure I got my contacts figured out.
