I came to Stanton out of frustration with my previous eye Dr. who couldn't get my prescription right after 3 long visits. Stanton was quick and efficient. I'm so happy with my glasses. I can see clearly with no "adjust period" like the other Dr. swore was necessary. They also have a very good selection of frames and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning when I am ready for replacements.

I want to say wow I went into stanton yesterday and was so busy. But Ashley came straight over to help me. I was just there for an adjustment. The Tech came over to help me. And as she was helping Ashley went over that I need another exam soon. She asked me if I was having an issues with my glasses now. I will be calling to make an appt soon. But I just want to express the customer service was right on point even with a full house of people.
I had a great experience at Stanton Optical in Yuba City! Everyone was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. Tammy was the associate who helped me and she was awesome—she really took the time to help me find the right frames that fit me perfectly and even recommended an anti-glare option that has made a big difference for me at work. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. Highly recommend Stanton Optical and especially Tammy for anyone looking for quality service and eyewear!
I called Stanton Optical in Yuba City to check on the lens they ordered for my new glasses, and the woman who answered (Christina) spoke to me with a very rude tone and horrible attitude. On top of that, whenever you go into this location there’s no greeting or sense of hospitality. You might get it from one or two women if you’re lucky, but overall the staff seem stressed, irritated, and it creates a very unwelcoming environment.
