Oct 2021 I went to Stanton Optical on Glades Road in Boca Raton, FL. BOGO was $650 to be paid upfront. I was notified a few weeks later the eye exam was done wrong and had to be redone, meanwhile, they are also calling at the same time to tell me to pick up my glasses which were made in accordance with the first eye exam. I redo the eye exam, this time not through a monitor (telehealth eye exam). If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 pair of glasses end of August. Received 1pair. They couldn’t find the other but told me they’d call when found. I just called today & was told my second pair broke while they were making it. Said they should have called. Now they want me to come in & pick a new frame & start again! I’m going to give them their first pair back & demand a refund. Stay clear of this place. Very disorganized & no one knows anything. Going back to America’s Best.
I went in for an eye exam on 10/21/2017 and purchased three pairs of glasses, (the BOGO offer is a scam, but new that before I arrived.) I received a call that one pair were ready for pick up and when I arrived a young girl finally handed my my glasses and then walked away. Be careful because they will charge you $50 for a scan of your eyes without your consent
Nice selection of eyewear at fair price. However, "2 for $69" deal ended up being over $500! Staff good at sales; sucked at Customer Service. Surprised by lack of technical expertise.
