Rude out the gate. Call before scheduling so you don’t waste your time. They don’t accept most insurances and will treat you poorly (with rudeness).
Israel was awesome. First time purchasing glasses from there. Awesome customer service.
First and last time I bought from Stanton Optical. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. I bought two pairs of glasses, and the screws on one of them fell off in the first month, breaking the frame where they apparently force the lenses in. The second pair also lost both screws three months after buying them. The prescription on my glasses was fine, but the quality of the frames is terrible.
Elisa is the most phenomenal manager here I highly reccomend coming to see her for all your eyeball needs! :)
Went to pick up my order today and the sunglasses I ordered were not at all what I paid for. Very disappointing to pay almost $500.00 for a subpar product. I was promised by 2 employees one thing, then when I went to pick them up, the employee that helped said there were no notes and she is unsure why I was promised what they promised me, as that was not policy.
