Extremely short staffed and long waits. I had an appointment for 2 and wasn’t taken back until 2:45. They only have one tech in the back doing exams and checking people in so he has to stop the exam to go check someone else in multiple times and do other exams. I do commend his hard work and he was very kind. After my appointment, there is only one lady in the front. I was not getting glasses here just wanted my prescription and to pay and had to sit and wait while she helped an elderly lady pick out glasses, complain about ... read more
Came to get some glasses, at first it was all good. Then the day of pick up they delayed me: I had a flight to catch so I told them I’ll come back after. I came back and just to pick up my glasses, nothing else they wanted me to wait an hour. Don’t recommend this place. Go elsewhere, it’s just a waste of time.
