I had a wonderful experience at the Stanton Optical Oceanside -the prescription for my glasses had to be changed several times to accommodate the astigmatism. I worked with both Anita and Michael, who were very professional knowledgeable and helpful and made sure that the final product would help my vision. When we discovered a problem with the prescription I had for new glasses, she handled the problem and made sure I was happy with my glasses without additional charges. She was pleasant and accommodating. I love my new glasses!
Came in because my glasses broke and I needed a new pair quickly. BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES AND FALSE ADVERTISING. I went in for the buy one get one + free eye exam deal. I got my exam, picked out my frames which should have put the total around $150, and the lady at the desk tells me I owe $450. I was completely stunned and asked how that could be, she told me I needed antiglare and polycarbonate lenses as part of my prescription.
