Came in because my glasses broke and I needed a new pair quickly. BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES AND FALSE ADVERTISING. I went in for the buy one get one + free eye exam deal. I got my exam, picked out my frames which should have put the total around $150, and the lady at the desk tells me I owe $450. I was completely stunned and asked how that could be, she told me I needed antiglare and polycarbonate lenses as part of my prescription. Stephanie was very patient and helpful throughout the examination. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and walked me through the whole process to make sure I got the best price for my glasses. Phenomenal associates and clean environment. There’s a lot of lenses to choose from and overall I had a wonderful experience.

I went there a couple of years ago. Did not like the attitude of the sales people and the manager. Many issues and will not return. Maybe they have repaired their reputation, but once was enough.
First off this location is closed Wed and Sun so i assume it will close. The exame was awful the Dr's are always in a hurry to get to the next call so the exame isn't very thorough. Never showed me the reults thru the machine. Got 1st prescription and it was very off got the 2nd and its better but still not that great. The staff was decent in store but the whole picture is not good. I used them before i needed progressive lenses and it was ok. Over priced for what you get.
