My "free" exam appointment was verified but they could not verify my insurance and told me to go to an incorrect website to verify. I got no help from the staff and another customer helped me to verify my information but that wasn't good enough and they had me call to verify and wanted my information emailed to them which was not allowed. I was treated with indifference by inept staff who wasted 1.5 hours of my time and a 35 mile round trip drive.
