First of all, I scheduled an appointment online. Wasn't seen until an hour and a half after my scheduled time. Strike one. Secondly, you never see or even talk to a real doctor. There's like 3 different people who help you and they just send photos and results to the doctor, and the communication must not be good. I came in telling them I've been having irritation issues with my contacts so I came to switch brands and get an updated script for glasses because the only ones I have are 10 years old. Terrible. Do not come here for an eye exam. You don't meet the optician virtually and the technician is who the person that performs the eye exam, not the optician. The whole experience was rushed and unprofessional.
Very fast and excellent service
Vee Torres was amazing! SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, and went out of her way to help with my energetic children as well. I would definitely recommend making this place your first and last spot.
Stopped by for some help with my concerns with my contact lense prescription and Victoria was able to help me out and address all my needs.
