Overall very happy with my experience. My initial wait was a little long, but they seemed short staffed. Once I was helped the whole process was very quick! This place does telemedicine, which I did not expect but was really cool. It's impressive how far technology has come. Their frame selection was a bit low for me. My insurance only covered the lowest four price ranges ($150 maximum) but 90% of their frames were more expensive than that.
