just got some glasses from them ! everyone was so sweet super fast quick and easy process plus I had my newborn with me who was screaming , and the front desk lady was so nice to hold him him while I did my exam and offered to help me with anything , customer service was great you don’t see this much anymore ! thank you so much
Horrible customer service experience. The young lady at the front desk did not want you to give me the two separate scripts that I asked for and would not take my mono PD. I was a licensed optician for many years and she was trying to convince me that when I was asking for was not a thing!!!!! Lazy, lazy lazy! I And told them I was ordering my glasses online maybe this is why they decided they didn’t want to help me. I do not recommend this store

I have used Stanton for years but they have changed their operations and now only have one optometrist. They were behind on their appointments by over 2 hours. I had to walk out
