Stanton Optical is not in network with Tricare. Prior to my visit, I contacted the store to confirm coverage and potential copayments. Unfortunately, I was advised that this information could only be confirmed in person after scheduling an appointment and presenting my insurance card. Upon arriving, I was immediately informed that Tricare is not accepted and that the copay would be $25 with the purchase of glasses. Poor service. The exam is done virtually, very uncomfortable! There is no doctor present.
The two ladies at the back desk were so helpful! I am traveling from out of state and left my glasses at home and they were able to set me up with contacts same day so now I can see! Thank you so much! I'm sorry I don't remember names. I think one was a manager and started with an S.
Kim is an absolute angel! She is very personable and attentive. I will be coming back specifically because of her!!
