Had an appt.,there website list my insurance..the lady took my insurance card said copay is $25 dollars,i said wait my copay is only $10 dollars,then she goes on real fast says if you want this its anotha $55 and this will be another$45..i said wait a minute i have insurance..she said ohh we dont take that insurance..i said wait..she said exam $25,plus $55 plus$45 and the glasses will be around $120 cheapest ones..i told her when i made the appt i was specifically asking you take bsw..so why did i receive a yes we do..and wh... read more
Disappointing experience at Stanton Optical. The eye exam is virtual, with an in-person doctor only available on Wednesdays. They completely disregarded my previous prescription and switched me from daily contacts to bi-weekly without any discussion. When I voiced concerns, the staff seemed annoyed rather than helpful. Overall, the lack of personalized care and poor customer service make this a place I wouldn’t recommend. I won’t be back.
They tired so hard to sell me the blue light and then that lady gave me the wrong frame on my glasses, they’re too expensive to be making this BIG mistake, and tried to talked to me into keeping those wrong ones, I PAID for what I wanted and got something different. They were even annoyed I dare to say anything. DONT GO THERE and I can guarantee they’re only gonna copy and paste the same apology they use on all bad reviews, save your time, money and a bad experience
