You can't beat Stanton Optical if you have no vision insurance. I am a senior citizen and needed a new prescription in order to pass the DMV eye test. For 79 dollars I received an eye examination and walked out with two pairs of new glasses, exactly as advertised by Stanton Optical. You cannot beat a deal like that!

Stanton Optical is not in network with Tricare. Prior to my visit, I contacted the store to confirm coverage and potential copayments. Unfortunately, I was advised that this information could only be confirmed in person after scheduling an appointment and presenting my insurance card. Upon arriving, I was immediately informed that Tricare is not accepted and that the copay would be $25 with the purchase of glasses. Poor service. The exam is done virtually, very uncomfortable! There is no doctor present.
