My daughter was in need of an eye exam before the start of the new school year. None of the eye clinics would accept a walk in but Stanton Optical got us in right away with no issue. Their staff was very friendly and all smiles during our entire time. After a very comprehensive hybrid eye exam it was determined that my daughter has a slight astigmatism and needed glasses. Terrible service. Me and my husband went in and had appointments. We told the First Lady we had appointments to get glasses she said okay look around and find out glasses and someone would be with us we found out glasses and sat down. It was only one other person that had been there before us. We watched the Second Lady run around helping everyone else except us. Don't go here! I got contacts and they gave me the wrong ones! I can't wear them and Im out $400. I asked for them to be replaced which they wouldn't do even though it is clearly an error on their end!!
Sandra is the best worker here, I had a super stressful experience looking for a new contact carrier, but Sandra was able to relieve a lot of my stress. I will definitely be coming back and using Stanton Optical!
