DO NOT COME HERE. There is no real optician in the office and you'll have your eyes checked by a virtual 'doctor'. This part was a complete fail. I didn't understand anything she was saying, and she was mumbling her words and switching back and forth between frames too quickly. the worst part is that they don't even tell you about this telehealth service AT ALL. Jose the manager is attentive and so kind! He was able to help me pick my glasses and informed me of all the lens they had available (blue light, polycarbonate, etc). He will try his best to help you out the most! I went for an eye exam as well and the Frankie the tech was very nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible. He told me prior to each test what he was doing and always asked if I am okay during the whole process. They also cleaned up my current glasses and they feel really good on my face now! I stopped here in desperate need of a new pair of glasses and I left satisfied! The eye exam was fast and efficient, frames fairly priced, good discounts, and great service from the staff! The manager was very helpful and accommodating to my needs for eyewear!
