Super nice guys working 08/31 4pm. A screw fell out of my glasses and I walked in 30 minutes before close hoping they could help me and I was out with fixed glasses in 15 minutes. Will be returning when I buy a new pair.

The machine they use is to administer exams is flawed, left eye doesnt work clearly. The prescription they approved is far worse than my current 2 year old prescription. I brought this up to the tele-health optometrist and the technican in-house and both just wanted to rush me through despite these things assuring me it would still be my accurate prescription. After the tech did offer to reschedule with an in-house optometrist, but given my experience I chose to look elsewhere given the poor state of their machine. My recomm... read more
Never going here again! Exam was 6 weeks ago via Zoom or something, doctor wasn't even present and prescription ended up completely WRONG. Had to drive to ANOTHER location for a NEW exam from a DIFFERENT doctor, then drive BACK to the original location for the rework. Today, STILL NO GLASSES! Customer service is nice, but have NO ANSWERS about when my glasses will be ready. It's all up to the SYSTEM.
