The timeline for purchase and actually getting the glasses was deceptively. Plus the ads mentions a difference charge even when I provided the two frames. Ads free exam plus two pairs of glasses $69 My total with gram for a night driving prescription was $405. The service by the staff was terrible. Could not provide a clear explanation ordered on August 29, glasses were to be delivered on sept5. Still don’t have them. Want my money back please
Looked like a nice place so I went there to purchase my contacts. If my eyes were different scripts I would have gotten a 5 day sample but since they were the same I got 2 days worth. ...and it takes 7 days for the ones I bought to show up. First and last time I will be going there. Nothing like forcing your customers to go against FDA approval if they want to be able to see.
There is something highly suspicious about this place…it’s a little janky, ghetto…projectkish even. My regular eye doctor was unavailable to do my eye exam, so I stopped by this place. Thank God I couldn’t find my insurance card (I totally forgot it was a digital card on my phone). One of the workers told me that they probably didn’t accept my insurance anyway . Had me waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before disclosing that they do not do eye exams if you don't purchase contact lenses from their store. Ridiculous waste of time.
