Smart mouth and dismissive will not stand behind their product
I had a in house eye exam. Bought glasses. Had to wait two weeks. The perscription was way on both eyes. I went in the store 3 times and was told I had to talk with the person who helped me. Same thing second time in. The third time in they took my number and said someone would contact me. They never did. I have called at least 3 to 4 times and get put on hold for over 5 to 10 minutes. Terrible service!!! And glasses are not correct. I am so pissed.
Horrible customer service! Beware of any "specials"
This place.. the inside of it is dingy, There's a window that is shattered. False advertisement. When it was time to pay I was asked will I be using my insurance, My daughter has Chips insurance so i know she is covered. I said yes. Gave them the insurance card only to be told they can't find the insurance number or whatever. When I made it home I called the insurance company the lady verified that my daughter does have insurance and that she is covered. So she called the store several times no answer. The service is fine. The eye exam is a televisit with the doctor on the TV in the exam room. The glasses are not the right prescription....I can't see anything. They are ok when I drive but everything else is double vision. Im better off with nothing at all.
