Don’t go to the Ridgeland location. My wife and I had scheduled appointments. We showed up on time and filled out our paperwork. Someone else comes in an hour and a half late for their appointment and gets moved ahead of us. Our appointments started 50 minutes late because of this. Good customer service would have dictated the person an hour and a half late for their appointment should have been moved to end of the line.
Places like this are what people are talking about when they say that customer service is dead in America. Walked in with broken glasses, only needed a screw to fix them. Unwilling to help me at all unless I purchased the glasses from them. But hey, at least you saved a penny on a tiny screw... Eyemart is 5 minutes away and helped me out no problem.
Wasnt greeted when i wallked in was totally ignored then a another customer walked in was greeted and sked if they had a appointment i felt horrible and simply left i truly believe race was a factor
First they rescheduled my appointment without asking. Second when I arrived they didn’t honor as advertised free eye exam with purchase of two pairs of glasses for $79. Was told that they now are required to do retina imaging and out of pocket cost for exam would be $118. I would have been out of more money if I opted to do exam and glasses. Tried to make it seem as if other discounts on lenses and frames were available. Lastly no provider came in to discuss my results, make recommendations or hear me voice my concerns. High... read more
I came n got glasses In Dec.. I tried to bring them back but they said they couldn't do anything so I went n got another eye exam done at another place and I can see n they won't put my prescription in my glasses.. exam was not free n I had to wait 2 weeks for glasses can't see out of $300 wasted
