I took my son here to get glasses. There was no onsight eye dr. He was seen online. We left with 2 pair of glasses at a great price as advertised but he still couldn't see well at all. I took him to another eye dr. and his eyesight was so bad they were wondering how he had been getting by with no glasses that he could see out of. The staff was nice but the glasses were trash.
Not as advertised. The store assistants aren’t any help because they aren’t told the same information I was told. “They just work here” so I will not be ever trying them again and I hope no one ever tries them. I will make sure to tell everyone to never to use this company
Purchase glasses 5 months with Frame warranty. Frame breaks and they tell I have to pay to have Frame repaired.
This was terrible. Long wait times and rude staff. Also, the staff lies to you in trying to get you to make a purchase.
I have been a customer for years and was happy but I did a promotion where my next eye exam would be free. I called in and asked did I have to pay anything before I made the appointment and they said no because I had the promotion. It was all good until I got there. They said that I had to pay 78$. So they lost a good customer because they couldn’t honor their word.
