Amazing experience! Don’t go anywhere else for glasses.
The employees are very rude here . They are very dismissive . I don't believe my exam was properly completed or that I was given the proper prescription. I waited almost two months for trial contacts and the staff left a rude message stating I had them "waiting " on me but was never contacted when they came in!
1 1/2 years ago I bought me my wife and my son glasses and a Year's worth of contact lenses my frames alone was almost $300. Now I've had my glasses a year and a half I only wear them for at the most 4 hours a day I had an arm break off. I mean it just fell off I took it back to the store the lady told me they are not fixable and I have to buy new frames because it's been more than a year when I bought the glasses I was told that I can bring them back if I had any problems whatsoever not one time did they say they only had a... read more
I went and had a contact exam the result was wrong and I was told to just go buy some readers to compensate. That was unacceptable to me so I did a return and will never return here.
