5 stars to Bre and Ashley! They were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I stopped in today after work, looking for an exam & lenses for the first time by myself as an adult. They both helped me get exactly what I wanted and answered every little question I had, and never once seemed annoyed with me. As an overthinker I am grateful they didn’t make me feel like a nuisance and I absolutely loved working with them. My only complaint was that the guy who did my exam (virtual) was a little snotty with me at one point.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at an eye doctors. I have a lazy eye, and I informed them of this since it was my first time here. All of a sudden, as she's doing my lazy eye, she starts freaking out because all I can see is the big E. I inform her this is normal, and she continues flipping out and runs out of the room with my glasses. What was supposed to be a quick appointment took an hour. The whole team was very welcoming and helpful today when I went in for my contact & eyeglass exam. I’m 33 & have never had contacts before, but have worn glasses since I was 13. Ashley was very helpful and informative when deciding what will work best for me. I’m excited for my contacts to come in, and I know they’ll all be helpful when learning how to properly use them!
Had an awesome experience at Stanton Optical in Holland, OH! Ashley was absolutely amazing — I don’t have insurance, and she went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal possible. She was super understanding, kind, and really took the time to help me save money without making me feel rushed, stressed or embarrassed about no insurance. Seriously, she’s a gem! I stopped in after my glasses got into a fight with a forklift. I did not think the glasses were going to be repairable. Brittany, who I can only assume summoned dark or unknown powers, fixed my glasses within a matter of minutes. Now I can go back to looking like a nerd 🤓. Thank you, Brittany!
