Very impressed. Went today for eye exam and glasses. Was pleased with the exam. Amber assisted me with the frames. She was very knowledgeable and willing to please. Customer Service excellent! 100% recommend!
I absolutley freaking LOVE Harrison at the Little Rock location. He worked wonders for my teenage daughter. I went in to check on a new frame that I requested 2 weeks prior. It was not in. Harrison helped and had the frame my daughter wanted in their office the next day. I called to ask a question about the replacement frame and Amber answered the phone. My husband needed a new pair of glasses and we have shopped at several places. Our insurance has been an issue because so few places would honor it. Stanton optical told me even if they didn't accept our insurance they would still honor the in network benefit as a courtesy. The selection was vast and Zac, our technician, was very helpful and professional. In the end, even after the insurance deductible, the cash price Zac gave us totally made our day! Lied to me to sell me more expensive poly carbonate lenses saying those would be ready the next day but the cheaper ones would take over a week. Because I needed the lenses quickly, I paid for the more expensive ones. The next day I am told that the cheaper lenses are made on site and would have been ready the next day, but the more expensive poly carbonate lenses are not made on site. The exact opposite of what I was told to make the purchase. Bunch of lying thieves and I may have to end up suing them to get my money back.
