I had never been to a Stanton Optical, I saw their commercial on Television and decided to give them a try. I set an appointment for my 84 years old mother. I did not know what to expect. The minute we walked in and was greeted by young lady name Ty who assisted us with our appointment. Dr. Owen did the eye examination he made my mother fill at ease. Why one star? go in there you know it. Dishonest about product, their word, say one thing give you another thing. Show them yours, and ask them if they can make it exactly like yours, they will give you a big YES, I guarantee you it will not be like yours, ugly, rough, poor workmanship, and a bonus the black lady was attacking me with words, oh my gosh, hope she fired/gone! really she is ruining the company with the attitude, never never argue or attack customer in anyway.
