Lied to and charged for covered procedures My buddy and I went in to get exams and new prescriptions for both of us. After his exam he was told they didn't accept his insurance. 06/20 eye exam done and told 2 pair of glasses would be ready for pickup 07/4. On 07/04 only one pair were ready for pickup and told 2nd pair would be done 07/08. On 7/04 the one pair was the wrong prescription, couldn't see out of the glasses. Went back 07/06 for another eye exam and was told the one pair would be sent back for a remake and when the others arrived those would be sent back for a remake as well. My husband and I have tried NUMEROUS times to get an issue resolved that we've had with Stanton Eye since FEBRUARY 2019! On June 25th, 2018, my husband signed up for Club Membership for $396.90. These services went unused until February 11th, 2019, when he paid $24.66 to have a pair of broken glasses replaced. Love this place! I have bought a lot of eyeglasses there. Great customer service and staff are friendly. The manager really take care of me.
Very pleasant experience during my eye exam. I also liked the wide selection of frames. Once I found the right ones it only took about 20 minutes to leave with them. Would recommend.
I went into the Palm Springs store 3 weeks ago with sunglass frames that I wanted replaced and wanted another pair. I am still waiting for my glasses that they promised I would have in 2 weeks. It also cost me 451.00. Yes, I have progressive lenses, but 451.00????? Not even contacts. I had an exam for contacts and they gave me samples to try....451.00 and I am still waiting for my glasses. Unsatisfying experience I took my grandmother here for an eye exam. We were told the doctor was in with a patient and then he would see us. After waiting for who knows how long we were then told that the doctor was going to lunch and that we could come back in an hour. We did not come back and we will not be back. The office staff was not all that friendly or helpful either.

Great price on glasses Need a pair of glasses? This is the place to get them. Two (2) pair for $59!! What a deal. I thought it was too good to be true, but it is true. I got my glasses the next day.
