Very impressed. Went today for eye exam and glasses. Was pleased with the exam. Amber assisted me with the frames. She was very knowledgeable and willing to please. Customer Service excellent! 100% recommend!

It would have been a good experience, but, they have to ship out the glasses to be made in Florida. So, two weeks out, not same day. And my clear glasses were on time, but it's been over a month for my sunglasses, they keep breaking them and redoing them. Asking for a refund is a pain, three different people have to get involved with that. Also, they have your exam done by telecommuting from someone in Florida. Very odd. No one is on sight to help you. So, don't have questions. All in all, I'm not pleased.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 pair of glasses end of August. Received 1pair. They couldn’t find the other but told me they’d call when found. I just called today & was told my second pair broke while they were making it. Said they should have called. Now they want me to come in & pick a new frame & start again! I’m going to give them their first pair back & demand a refund. Stay clear of this place. Very disorganized & no one knows anything. Going back to America’s Best.

I was welcomed with a firm handshake and a smile. There were so many glasses to choose from and Ms. Sue made it easy to narrow down my selection. I didn't have an appointment schedule, but was scheduled in as a walk-in right away. I ultimately walked out super satisfied with my glasses and sunglasses at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this establishment to all my friends and family. Just wanted to personally thank Sue and her friendly staff for their great customer service.

I absolutley freaking LOVE Harrison at the Little Rock location. He worked wonders for my teenage daughter. I went in to check on a new frame that I requested 2 weeks prior. It was not in. Harrison helped and had the frame my daughter wanted in their office the next day. I called to ask a question about the replacement frame and Amber answered the phone. I went in on the 13th of March, found my frames and got glasses ordered. I was told that they'd be ready by 6:00 that evening, they weren't! I was told that the glasses would be mailed. On the 18th, I called and was told that they had been shipped. On the 19th I called and was told that they were there and would be mailed the next morning. I live 60 miles from the store, I cant just run down there, I have to wait on them. I will not give them anymore of my money or time. It wasn't all that good of a deal, either !!

stay away at all costs - went for special deal glasses and exam - the glasses offered look like kid frames -ordered non special frames for sunglasses after 6 weeks of no glassesi gave up and cancelled order- While i was there other customers were having same issues and they were and ars understaffed the 3 times i was there.
