Excellent doctor and facility. Dr. McDonald listens, takes plenty of time with you so you don't feel like he is trying to rush you out. He keeps up to date on medical issues.
I made at least three phone calls back and forth with doctor's office and insurance company to confirm what was covered and what the doctor planned on doing. All seemed fine until I got to the office and he and his assistant started testing me for all kinds of things that had nothing at all to do with why I made the appointment. Sure enough, I got a bill for something not covered by insurance. At least twice I mentioned to doctor's assistant that I was hesitant because Ii didn't discuss it with insurance beforehand. Dr McDonald is the best. He listens to you. He explains everything. He is not in a hurry to get out. He takes his time and makes sure everything is good before you leave.
His staff moved in October 2021 to a new, better location. I think they were still organizing the patient rooms. Seemed a little crammed. However, Dr. McDonald & staff are caring, & patient. He & staff went over my medical plan. And explained each procedure. Thoroughly. And helped me understand my new Medicare plan. Very positive info & call backs to have better health.
