Dr Regan has the worst bedside manner. Have been to him three times now and each time was not pleased with his bedside manner. He seemed like to me that I was wasting his time, I had questions for him and his response was "I most likely do not have an answer for you" In a very unkind manner. I would not recommend anyone go to him.
Dr. Regan was extremely gracious through the discovery of a mass of my dad’s kidney. He and his staff were diligent in finding time in his schedule to prioritize removal. He was willing to discuss any and all options as well as what to expect from a nephrectomy, which ended up being our best course of action. We can’t thank him enough for his transparency and help in navigating a worrisome discovery.
Dr. Regan did surgery on my partner and I was present. He did a poor job of preparing him for what to expect and steps to take on the day of the procedure. He did not manage his pain whatsoever during the surgery. He was entirely nonchalant while my partner was suffering. The nausea from the pain was so severe my partner sat up thinking he was going to throw up. This made things worse, and Dr. Regan said, "yeah, you probably shouldn't have done that."
