Stanton HVAC replaced our propane boiler a couple years back and has done yearly maintenance for us on that unit, as well as an emergency service call when we were unable to generate any hot water last year. Recently, he installed a ductless heat pump that is saving us about $100 a month in fuel costs. He was able to get us on the schedule for that job less than a month after we contacted him. After weeks of back and forth we finally got Slade out to the house to look at our furnace which needed replacing. Talked a good game. Said he could have it in by winter and would have a quote in a day or two... Never got us an estimate or returned calls or emails. If that says anything about this business....
Slade was extremely difficult to get in touch with and finally after multiple attempts reaching out by phone, email, FB messenger we successfully made a time for him to come look at our furnace. he was super nice in person and said he would get an estimate to us within a couple days. we thought he would come through after our pleasant interaction at our house and were super hopeful.. we waited over a week and tried reaching out for an update and still to this day, weeks later no response. extremely unprofessional for a busin... read more
