A little adventure getaway to visit with friends. Room was ready early. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean and inviting. Definitely met our expectations.
The Stanton House, in Greenwich, Connecticut is by far one of the best lodges, that I and my wife have ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment you step into the Foyer, you are immediately greeted by the smiling faces of the staff, you know that the Stanton House will give you and provide you with impeccable service, as well appointed rooms, decorative sitting areas, and most importantly, a warm feeling that you belong.
Stanton House inn is incredibly charming and well maintained. The area around it is walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. The garden and pool area is gorgeous - but keep in mind that the pool is not heated and even in August it was quite shockingly chilly. I'd recommend this inn to anyone, but I would advise not to stay in room 16. The AC did not work properly- so it was incredibly hot at night- and it is right off the kitchen or area where housekeeping is, so you hear closing doors and people talking, including starting... read more
Great B&B only recomandation I would have is to do more with the breakfast options, I feel a B&B should have awesome breakfasts and I don’t think bagels and fruit quaulifies as awesome, other than that everything thing else was great
