Buyer Beware! Don't use these guys if you can avoid it. They're NOT interested in you, only your money. They're very hard to get a hold of, won't return your calls or do anything to help you. They're also very cheap in the negotiating process, so you'll lose out no matter how hard you try. Stingy all the way, while you may pay way over asking price for the house you're interested in. This law firm is the best of Orlando! Mr. Stanton is wonderful! The communication was always the same day and within a few hours. The fees are extremely reasonable. I have lived in Orlando for over 35 years and have experienced many law firms during that time that didn't give the same effort as this firm...the team at Gasdick Stanton Early really cares about you as an individual and strives for positive results.
