I moved in to 202 Green Street in Morrilton when iremodleproperties had a good manager. That manger quit one month later. After she left, iremodleproperties let the apartment complex go. They left the grounds to rot and the tenants to suffer. There was black mold, flooding, and numerous issues that needed to be addressed. They dodge all calls. They ignore all emails. There has not had a property manager since last May. No maintenance since December. No cleaning. They dodge any attempt to contact them. The building is rotting away from all of the leaky windows and the leaking roof.
