This place has so much history and the outside has so much of the original building. The inside was pleasantly surprising with a modern feel. The manager Sandra was amazing, as well as the current residence.
Update: A new on-site manager is making a huge difference in the cleanliness, maintenance, and management of these apartments. Sandy has already made this a much better place to live. There has not had a property manager since last May. No maintenance since December. No cleaning. They dodge any attempt to contact them. The building is rotting away from all of the leaky windows and the leaking roof.
