There is also a long-lasting unpleasant odor in the air that makes the environment extremely uncomfortable. The building advertises 24-hour security service, but after about 5:00 PM, the security staff seem rarely visible and no real measures are taken to address the situation This has greatly impacted daily life and the overall impression of the building.

The building's aesthetic appeal is notable; however, the parking facilities present significant challenges. Specifically, there is an absence of designated handicap parking. Furthermore, parking directly in front of the entrance poses a considerable safety risk, particularly after 3 PM, due to high traffic volumes, making door openings hazardous.
