Scott is very honorable and we had a great experience with bedroom carpet and bath tearout and install. Very reasonable price and the guys were courteous professional and even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
The flooring install was quick and the installer was nice. However the one flooring product in the kitchen was very sticky. I called and complained and I was told to clean it with vinegar which did not work I cleaned to flooring on my hands and knees multiple times and it was still sticky. Then I called back again and the had me drive up to Alpena (I live in Oscoda). To pick up a cleaning product. I could not be much more disappointed. First set of installers were very rude to my wife and didn't not clean up after themselves. 2 nd installer at my house to finish the project that the first crew didn't finish could not clean up after himself and left a mess
Scott and the girls are always super helpful and kind. I really appreciate their attentiveness and knowledge in all things tile and floor coverings.
Bought a chair last October. Came back again yesterday and bought another chair and a mattress. Wasn't planning on buying a chair but fell in love with it. The girl that waited on me was super nice and helpful. Very nice. Good prices. Love free delivery. In my book I would say they're number one in Alpena. For furniture go around back to that entrance.
