Previously I thought the products and services from here were good. I believe one of the partners of the business may have passed away which is sad but management now seems out of it's depth. Production timelines have blown out, service is woeful and attention to detail is non existent. The windows we received were badly made, incomplete and costly to adjust on site. It's a shame. I want to support local. I hope the business can have a reset and get back to delivering high quality window frames.
