Really solid company. I am a homeowner and had a middle window on an upper level needed replaced and they communicated effectively, showed up on time, ordered the glass, called back promptly to install, and had it done quickly and without any issues. Very impressed with this business. My guy who handled call and did the work was Mathew. Nothing over the top, just solid service. Price was what you would expect.

I’ve used Stansell Glass twice now, and both experiences were excellent. Their pricing is competitive, the service is great, and their workmanship was top-notch. They replaced three large window panes that were fogged up and two patio door panes that were badly scratched, and the results look brand new. We had made arrangements for window replacements with another company, but did not feel comfortable about that. We called Stansell the next day, and Leslie arrived within a few hours of that phone call. She was friendly, courteous and very kind. Within an hour and a half we had a bid that better fit our budget. The crew that installed our windows was very helpful and informative. When I called to inquire about new glass for one of my Milgard windows, they recommended Stancell. Their turnaround was less than one week. My job was DIY due to the house being in a remote location. I'd never replaced glass before, but they were super helpful and walked me through the process from taking the frame apart to measure the glass to removing and reinstalling. Our house has over 30 windows, and if any of them need new glass in the future, I know who I'll call.
