We had made arrangements for window replacements with another company, but did not feel comfortable about that. We called Stansell the next day, and Leslie arrived within a few hours of that phone call. She was friendly, courteous and very kind. Within an hour and a half we had a bid that better fit our budget. The crew that installed our windows was very helpful and informative. When I called to inquire about new glass for one of my Milgard windows, they recommended Stancell. Their turnaround was less than one week. My job was DIY due to the house being in a remote location. I'd never replaced glass before, but they were super helpful and walked me through the process from taking the frame apart to measure the glass to removing and reinstalling. Our house has over 30 windows, and if any of them need new glass in the future, I know who I'll call.

I’m leaving 5 stars because as a marketer, I know how important reviews are. But hey, maybe talk to your staff about parking in a drive up and go spot when they aren’t drive up and go. My biggest pet peeve is selfish people. I had to illegally park because of your employee. No other spots were available. But I’m sure your employee wasn’t thinking about the people that actually use those spots. It’s very selfish.

I was in the closing process on the house and we needed a pane of glass replaced, it was the busy time of year for them but they ordered the glass right away and fit us in, Kathy was great through the whole set up... and it looks wonderful! And they're local in my community, another plus. Thanks Stansell Glass!
