Went with my husband for his check up. Had a longer wait than normal. The staff and PA were excellent.
I’m only giving this clinic one star because of our experience with the billing staff. We absolutely love Dr. Cooper, which makes this situation even more disappointing. My husband worked with the front office to establish a payment arrangement, and we have continued making the agreed-upon payments through automatic withdrawal. After the clinic switched systems, however, we were suddenly told that what we had previously agreed to pay was no longer sufficient and that we needed to pay significantly more. I want to thank Dr Lacy Cooper for her excellent care of my brother Richard. She was such a blessing to our family. She made a difficult time bearable and it is a comfort to our entire family to know Richard was in such compassionate and skilled hands.
I would like to say dr. Lacy cooper and her staff are absolutely the most amazing people . They took such wonderful care of my brother Richard right up to the end . My family and I are beyond blessed & so thankful with the level of care and compassion they showed my brother and us as a family. Thank you all so much ❤️
