Great place to do business with. No matter how busy Bob is he always takes my vehicles and gets them done quickly no matter what the issue is at a fair and reasonable price.
Absolutely horrid. Cannot say enough negatively about this business. Does not listen when you try to explain the problems your car has - just assumes that he knows exactly what is going on all the time with your car. I spent 1000's trying to fix a problem he caused in the first place. As soon as tbey heard i had a warranty, i had 2 major problems. My car is worse now. When u go back to discuss the issues theyre rude, behave w ignorance. They fraudulently took $frm my warranty co & were getting it.back. please repkrt them to Pa dept of Transportation.
Bob wasted my time and I think possibly put bogus inspection stickers on my minivan. Bought a used mini van and in 2 weeks after purchase brought it into stan's who did the inspection to look at a few issues. Gave me the run around told me my warranty covered the work. Need to wait for a part. Brought it back in and got it back with the same issues. Asked for an itemized record of what was done with my vehicle. Refused to give it to me saying it was the person who paid. I said my warranty covered it, he said no it didn't aft... read more
FYI to anyone that needs their transmission repaired or anything fixed for that matter.. DON'T GO TO "STANS TRANSMISSION" in north versailles off 5th ave. the transmission went bad in my neon about 4 months ago, I took it to him, he "supposedly fixed it," after I paid him a ton of money, I took it back home and it still didn't work right.. Then I called back, and he said "to bring it back up there the next day"; I brought it back the next day, and he got all arrogant with me because I brought it up there at 11am instead of 8... read more
