The staff are very easy to deal with and provide excellent customer service.
Well I never got any work done here because I had a hard time with communication, hence 2 stars and not 1 star. Apparently this shop is on a first come first serve basis, which I thought would work well since I had a tight timeline. Dropped my car off Sept 26th. Granted Sept 30th was a Stat Holiday but since I was the only car left in the parking lot and the shop looked full I figured it would get started on Oct 1st. Warren was great! my GMC Typhoon was having some shift issues, Warren was able to help diagnose it and was very informative! Steve and front staff were very pleasant…best part was that I offered to pay for the diagnosis and he told me to not worry about it! What mechanic in this day & age doesn’t charge for their valuable time! A+ service!

Part 2; After spending $700 elsewhere, I had the full transmission flushed with 14 litres of OEM fluid to remove any mismatched fluid. After resetting the adaptations, the transmission now shifts normally and retains the proper gear instead of upshifting with low pressure and clunking badly when you let off the throttle.
